Earthquake in Nepal! M4.2 at Northern Khotang on June 9




Kathmandu, June 10 National Seismological Center (NSC) web portal reported a minor earthquake measuring M4.2 on Richter scale in Eastern Nepal on late night of June 9th at 9:56m local time (16:11 UTC). According to the NSC the quake was epicentered at Northern Khotang, Sagarmatha Zone in Eastern Development Region of Nepal.

This is the 15th M4+ scale earthquake in the country this year, 2013.
